- What a great turnout in Gundagai last week at the Turning Wave Folk Festival. The sound of strings and sessions flooding the streets and the sight of rolling hills outside of town wins any day over Melbourne freeway traffic and the CBD skyline view – another thing we could certainly get used to!
After a great show in the RSL Hall on Friday (finally nailing the Turkish march) our guitar workshop on Saturday morning was equally great to be involved in – it’s always great to meet fine players and friendly people alike. Richard’s Didgeridoo masterclass was also a blast –we’ve got some serious work to do on our circular breathing!
Saturday night was definitely one of the best shows we’ve played – and to all who came to watch us we can’t express our thanks enough, especially to those who gave us a massive send off at St Patrick’s on Saturday night.
